I'm taking back all of the negative things I said about Home last night. I'm truly blessed to have a home. And to have a loving family who only wants the best for me. I'm thankful that I still have a place (or 5) where I can lay my head any night of any week of any year. I would not trade my brother's dog or my complaint-filled grandma or my mold-covered walls for anything. I sounded like a spoiled, selfish little brat last night. But I'm in a totally different state of mind this evening. I hope each of you think about what you're thankful for or blessed with tonight. It'll make you feel better--especially with all the disaster we face each day on our televisions and in our own personal lives sometimes.
Please pray for Jen's cousins, Caleb and Luke; My cousin Griffin's best friend, Hamp; and Mary Clark.
Caleb has cancer and is already undergoing chemotherapy. He will start radiation next week. He is 2 years old.
Luke is having emergency open-heart surgery tomorrow. His chances of coming through it are 50/50. He is only 3 or 4 weeks old. He is Caleb's baby brother.
Hamp has Stage IV cancerous tumors in his pelvis and in his lungs. He starts chemotherapy this week. He is 13 years old.
Mary Clark has moved to Ireland for an entire year for grad school. She has totally left her life at home behind and is pretty much starting all over in a foreign country.
Please keep these 4 very precious children in your prayers. Miracles can happen.

Who's Heather? Do I know a Heather who was pregnant? Should I feel stupid that I have no idea what you're talking about??
